Book your Wedding with complete confidence

A non-refundable booking fee of £500, is payable when reserving your wedding date.  If payment is not received we reserve the right to release the date.

We regret that a choice of menu cannot be offered with large wedding parties and guests must select from the same menu. However, if there are special dietary requirements we will of course oblige providing we have been given enough notice.

The final numbers of guests must be supplied 14 days prior to the wedding and confirmed in writing.  This number will be charged for, whether or not they attend on the day.

All guests should note that the bar closed at 1am. It is the Night Manager’s discretion if drinks are to be served after this time.  After 1am, drinks may only be served to hotel residents.

The Faenol Fawr reserves the right to hold other functions or events on the same day and evening including another wedding, which may only, be held in the Cromwell Suite across the car park from the main hotel.

The management reserves the right to refuse to serve any person or persons who are deemed to be causing distress to any guest or member of staff and the management can at any time request that they leave the premises.

We want everyone to enjoy themselves, however the music must be kept at an acceptable noise level and must be turned down or off when requested to do so by the management to ensure that the licensing laws are adhered to.

In the unfortunate event of any damage caused or any misdemeanours committed by any guest, the Faenol Fawr reserve the right to charge the persons booking and paying for the wedding itself, for the full cost of the replacement, repair or any costs incurred, however the hotel and its staff take no responsibility for any damage or loss to items brought into the hotel by the bridal party, guests or external hire companies.

Please note that due to our rural location we feel it is inappropriate to offer firework displays.


The balance of the wedding MUST be paid for in full 28 days prior to the wedding, any unforeseen costs that may arise, will be billed to you on the day and must be paid before checking out of the hotel.

Debit and Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge (American Express 5% surcharge).

The tariffs quoted are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without any notice.

Weddings reserved for 2017 onwards we reserve the right to pass on any increased in costs or to amend our terms and conditions.

All prices include VAT – we reserve the right to change our prices as/when the rate of VAT changes.
